Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

By using selvo ("the Service"), operated by Cope Labs LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

selvo provides vulnerability scanning and risk prioritization for Linux packages. Results are informational — we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of vulnerability data. You are responsible for your own patching and security decisions.

Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys or embed them in public repositories. We may revoke keys that appear compromised.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Free Tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We may adjust rate limits at any time. Paid plans include the service levels described on the pricing page.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cope Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security incidents, data loss, or inaccurate vulnerability reports.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
